Student Government Association

WNIS is proud to have a Student Government Association (SGA )program! WNIS SGA students learn to develop their leadership skills and continue to grow in character as they practice teamwork, perseverance, cooperation, responsibility, commitment, dependability and self-discipline.  Our SGA leaders serve as mentors to incoming students as well as current students.  All of our SGA leaders (Mrs. Cole, Mrs. Mallory, Ms. Brothers, Mrs. Adams, and Mrs. Brown) hope to instill the positive character traits in each SGA rep throughout the year.  Some of the SGA activitie include guest speakers who present on various leadership/mentoring topics, team building activities, sponsoring school spirit days to build a school community, and multiple SGA projects to support our school and community. We are so excited about our future leaders in SGA.
